Slotorado terms for access, accounts and payments
Slotorado’s terms govern eligibility, account ownership, verification, payments, bonuses and closure. They also define where the casino may provide services. These conditions should be checked before personal details or funds are submitted.
Operator, licence and territorial availability
Slotorado is owned and operated by Azure Lane Limitada, registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-940408. Infofoot Tech Ltd, incorporated in Cyprus under number HE 478900, acts as the paying and operational agent. The contractual licence is Anjouan licence ALSI-152312006-FI3, and support is listed at [email protected].
The Netherlands is included in the fully prohibited territory list under Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority restrictions. Slotorado uses IP blocking, identity and address checks, transaction monitoring and login analysis to enforce territorial rules. A VPN, proxy or misleading location record can lead to account suspension, closure, withheld funds or voided winnings.

Acceptance and legal eligibility
The agreement covers games, promotions, tournaments, raffles, payments, account tools and customer support. Registration forms the contractual relationship, while later actions such as validating documents, depositing or entering a promotion confirm continued acceptance. A user who rejects the current terms is expected to stop using the services.
Every account holder must be at least 19, legally capable of accepting the contract and permitted to gamble where that person resides or is physically located. The terms place responsibility for local legality on the user. Accessing a visible page or registration form does not establish that the service is lawful or available.
Registration and account ownership
Registration can begin through Google or with an email address and mobile number, but real-money use requires a legal name, permanent address and date of birth. The registered name must match every card, bank account or wallet used for deposits and withdrawals. Changes to personal data should be reported before they interfere with verification, bonuses or payments.
Only one gaming account is permitted per person unless support authorizes a replacement and blocks the old profile. Undisclosed duplicates can be closed, transactions may be declared invalid and related bonuses or winnings can be reclaimed. These account-opening checks reduce conflicts with identity and payment records.
- Use the full legal name shown on identification.
- Enter a current permanent residential address.
- Verify the registered email and telephone number.
- Maintain only one Slotorado account.
- Contact support before replacing an existing profile.
- Use payment instruments held in the same name.
- Report changed details before requesting a withdrawal.
Login security and account use
Users are responsible for protecting their password, email, telephone access and linked Google account. Slotorado treats transactions completed with valid credentials as account activity, even when unauthorized access is alleged later. The terms recommend regular password changes, two-factor authentication, secure devices, disabled browser password storage and avoiding public Wi-Fi.
Verification process
Full verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal and once total deposits reach the equivalent of US$10,000. After that threshold, deposits and withdrawals can remain unavailable until the requested checks are completed. Slotorado verifies the email, phone number, identity, residential address and ownership of the funding method.
Identity evidence may include an unexpired passport, travel document, identity card or driver’s licence, while address documents generally must be less than six months old. The profile accepts two JPG, PNG or PDF files of up to 12 MB each, and additional checks can cover video verification, source of funds or source of wealth. Suitable evidence depends on the part of the account being verified.
| Feature | Description |
|---|---|
| Identity | Passport, ID card, travel document, driver’s licence |
| Address | Statement, utility bill, official letter, lease |
| Card ownership | Protected front and back images |
| Bank payment | Statement showing the name and deposit |
| Enhanced checks | Video verification, source of funds or wealth |
Deposits and balance rules
Slotorado uses the euro and Canadian dollar as internal currencies, with a minimum euro deposit of €20. The casino states that its own deposit commission is 0%, although a bank, wallet, processor or blockchain network may impose separate costs. Methods named in the terms include Visa, Mastercard, MiFinity, Interac and supported cryptocurrencies.
Funding must come from a payment instrument registered to the account holder. Third-party deposits from relatives, partners, friends or business contacts can be reversed, with associated winnings cancelled and the account assessed. Cash is not accepted, and the gaming account is not a bank account, does not earn interest and has no deposit insurance.
Withdrawals, processing and bonuses
Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the cashier rather than by email or telephone. The minimum euro request is €50, and non-jackpot limits are €1,000 per day, €3,000 per week and €10,000 per month. Payments normally use a verified method previously used for depositing and cannot be directed to another person’s account.
Cash-balance bets must total at least the deposited amount, or a 10% withdrawal charge may apply, while activated bonuses are forfeited when a cashout is requested. An ordinary transaction assessment can take up to two business days, and the separate winnings policy provides estimated delivery times after approval. Payment providers and intermediary banks may add delays beyond Slotorado’s internal processing period.
| Feature | Description |
|---|---|
| Internal assessment | Up to 48 hours |
| E-wallet or cryptocurrency | Typically within 24 hours after approval |
| Card | 3 to 5 business days after approval |
| Bank transfer | 3 to 7 business days after approval |
Games, promotions and refunds
Game rules appear inside each title, and a wager becomes valid when Spin, Start or an equivalent control is selected. Provider-hosted bets cannot normally be cancelled or refunded by Slotorado. Autoplay continues until its settings or a manual stop end the sequence.
A used deposit or related bonus is generally not refundable. A normal refund request must be sent within 24 hours, while alleged access by another person or a minor can be reported within 30 days. Approved refunds normally return through the original method and currency, with card refunds typically processed in 1 to 5 business days before any provider delay.
Prohibited conduct and sanctions
The terms ban account sharing, transferred profiles, false identity details, stolen payment methods, bots, cheats, scripts and exploitation of technical errors. Using the casino to exchange funds between payment systems or acting outside normal gameplay is also prohibited. Slotorado may cancel transactions, remove bonuses, restrict features, close accounts or report suspicious conduct.
The main risks involve identity, payment ownership and unauthorized technical advantages. A compliance check can prevent accidental breaches but cannot make access valid from a prohibited territory. These actions should be avoided throughout the life of the account.
- Do not share login details or let another person play.
- Do not fund the profile with another person’s money.
- Do not create an extra account without approval.
- Do not hide location with a VPN or proxy.
- Do not use bots, cheats or automated scripts.
- Do not use Slotorado as a currency exchange service.
Dormancy, closure and stored records
An account with a positive balance becomes dormant after 12 consecutive months without login activity. Slotorado may charge €5 each month from the thirteenth month until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. Voluntary closure can be requested through customer support, subject to verification and withdrawal conditions.
Due-diligence and transaction records are retained for at least five years after the relationship ends or the relevant transaction is completed, whichever occurs later. If the website permanently closes, the terms provide at least 30 days’ notice and a six-month safeguarded period for claiming remaining cash. Customer support is stated to remain available during that six-month period.
Changes, support and record keeping
Slotorado may amend its terms without personal notice, so the current legal pages should be checked before use. Records such as promotion conditions, transaction numbers, verification dates and support replies make account enquiries easier to assess. Passwords, full card numbers and cryptocurrency recovery phrases should never be stored with ordinary screenshots.
- Retain deposit and withdrawal references.
- Keep the bonus terms active during participation.
- Record when verification files were submitted.
- Preserve relevant emails and chat transcripts.
- Note the clause cited for an account restriction.
